Bill Hearn received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in guitar performance from Florida State University and his doctorate from the University of Arizona. He is a talented multi-instrumentalist performing on guitar, theorbo, lute, ukulele, and banjo. For over 30 years Dr. Hearn was professor of guitar and world music studies at Clayton State University in Morrow, GA.

Bill has several arrangements of classical and popular music for ukulele available on Sheet Music Plus.

His book 101 Easy Ukulele Solos (Mel Bay, 2022) features a wide variety of arrangements and original pieces for beginning to intermediate players and is available to purchase here.
